RSE 1: Healthy Friendships (Post-Primary)

Helping parents support teenagers to build healthy, respectful relationships.

1 h 30 minLocation 1

Service Description

This online information session supports parents of post-primary students to explore what healthy friendships and relationships look like and how they can help their teenager recognise positive, respectful connections with others. The session looks at key qualities including respect, trust, support and healthy boundaries, as well as helping young people recognise behaviours that may be concerning or unhealthy. It offers practical guidance to help parents talk openly with their teenager about friendships, relationships, communication, boundaries and treating themselves and others with respect. The session is designed to give parents greater confidence in supporting their teenager as they build and navigate relationships throughout the post-primary years.
