If yes, we are bringing you free online sessions from 2nd to the 5th of May, 2023, developed by National Parents Council in conjunction with St. Patrick's Mental Health Services.

Parents who attend this online session will:
- Learn how to build and nurture resilience within their own child.
- Be given tips on how best to support their child’s positive mental health and wellbeing.
Sessions will be taking place online via Zoom

Times: 10am and 7:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of May
