As parents, we would all want to encourage and promote positive mental health and wellbeing in our children.
Do you want to explore the factors that influence mental health and wellbeing in your child?
If yes, we will be providing FREE online sessions for parents of primary school children developed by National Parents Council in conjunction with St. Patrick's Mental Health Services.

Parents who attend this online session will:
- Learn how to build and nurture resilience within their own child.
- Be given tips on how best to support their child’s positive mental health and wellbeing.
Sessions will be taking place online via Zoom
Date: From the 19th of February to the 23rd of February 2024
Times: 10am and 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
10am on Friday
These sessions are open to all parents of children in Primary School. Please forward the details to other parents.
Please note these sessions will be interactive allowing parents to participate and hence places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
