The Teaching Council's annual Festival of Education In Learning and Teaching Excellence is back online in 2021. Taking place on Saturday 2 October from 10am to 4pm, FÉILTE 2021 promises to be bigger and better than ever before.

Tune into the main stage to see a keynote address from Roddy Doyle, former teacher, co-founder and chairperson of the Fighting Words charity, and author of 12 novels.

There will be three panel discussions on the day. The morning session will discuss the festival theme Transforming Teaching in a Sustainable World, the afternoon panel will discuss Reimagining Creative Spaces in Schools and the StudentMeet Panel will discuss School Placement: Online and in the Classroom.

Attendees will be able to visit online Showcases, Workshops and TeachMeets led by teachers that will cover a variety of themes including STEM, digital, collaborative practice, inclusion, cross curricular, languages, teaching methodologies, wellbeing and more!
