FÉILTE is the Teaching Council’s annual Festival of Education in Learning and Teaching Excellence

FÉILTE 2019 opens this year at 6:30pm - 9:00pm on Friday 27 September 2019 in SULT in NUI Galway and on Saturday 28 September from 9:00am - 3:30pm in NUI Galway.

The Teaching Council would be delighted to welcome parents to FÉILTE again this year. They have added a Kids’ Club to FÉILTE, click here to find out more.  

FÉILTE Fringe events will take place throughout Saturday with drama and music, starting with a Breakfastmeet at 9:00am which includes a free, healthy breakfast, networking, mindfulness, food demonstrations and more.

The panel discussion  – 'Leaders in the Community' will look at parents role in education.

An inaugural FÉILTE Innovation Report is now available to download, which looks at the patterns behind the showcase and workshop applications, and examines what FÉILTE 2018 tells us about teaching and learning in Ireland.
