As Covid-19 restrictions lift and primary and special schools begin to return to normality, CPSMA are hosting a webinar on the theme of reconnecting with parents on Thursday the 17th of February at 7pm

This 40 minute webinar will focus on fostering and sustaining relationships with parents and managing situations that arise, including the use of the Parental Complaints Procedure.

Following the webinar, each participant will receive a number of resources, including the webinar slides, a case studies podcast and other relevant supports relating to this area.
