About NPC

NPC has charitable status and is a company limited by guarantee. It has a board of directors and employs a chief executive and staff.

Aims & Objectives

NPC contributes to the advancement of the early and primary education of all children, in order to improve and enrich the education of each child and to support the involvement of parents in all a stages.

National Parents Council Primary (NPC) is involved with the following Education Issues.

Membership

The members of NPC are the affiliated parent associations. Individual parents or groups may become associate members.

History Of NPC

National Parents Council Primary (NPC) was set up in 1985, under the programme for Government, as the representative organisation for parents of children attending primary school, and received statutory recognition in the Education Act 1998.

Staff

National Parents Council Primary employs a Chief Executive and staff. The CEO and staff work with the Board of NPC.
